It’s August 1st and the start of Shark Week! According to Discovery Channel who’s probably not lying, they have no reason too; Shark Week first aired July 27th 1987. That’s crazy, we had no idea. But since this week is so Bad Ass we’re releasing a Shark Week Mystery Shirt. Here are some details:

Our Shark week mystery shirt will only surface once it gets 12 willing victims. Don’t go into your closet alone; pre-order yours now.
Since this is a mystery shirt, buying the shirt while it's still a mystery means you get it for a lower price than those who are scared and don't take a chance. We'll release some clues about the design on our social media pages but don't count on ever figuring it out. Don't worry we won't disappoint.

What’s up everyone, it’s definitely been a while since our last blog. We’ve been busy. We’re excited how well our Japan aid shirts did. It was our first print and were proud to say we are going be donating $442.00 to Japan relief efforts via Global Giving.

We also just launch our first 3 shirts a few weeks ago, they turned out great. We’ll be doing some give-a-ways to our loyal fans, followers, and likers. If you don’t like us on Facebook and follow us on twitter you should do that immediately, don’t worry this blog isn’t going anywhere. Here’s some links to make it easy for you:

We’ve also got business cards and thank you cards with washing instructions printed on them. Consider yourself lucky if you come across these babies, we just don’t go around throwing them out like candy, because once we run out there’s a drought and we can’t let that happen. Check them out below, it might be as close as you get to seeing one of these.

Hey everyone, it’s Friday! We’ve been cooking up a few projects the last few days one was very last minute. There’s a benefit for our friend Megan tomorrow and we wanted to do whatever we could to help, so we decided to rush and get two 18x24 prints made to donate to the silent auction. They are pretty rad, actually they’re just damn awesome.

More about Megan’s journey:

In June 2010, two weeks after graduating from the University of Minnesota, Megan Lunzer was diagnosed with a condition called pectus excavatum. This congenital condition is usually diagnosed and corrected before age 8 but in Megan's case it went 23 years before being caught. By the time Megan had surgery to correct her pectus excavatum, her sternum had become sunken to the point that there was less than an inch between her sternum and spinal cord. Her sternum was literally cutting her body in half and had displaced her heart, kidney, and liver and was crushing her lungs. Megan underwent surgery in July at the University of Minnesota that entailed breaking her ribs and sternum, detaching the pectus muscles, and placing a steel rod that runs the width of her chest. As a result of this condition going undetected for so long, Megan now faces several complications including issues with her connective tissue constricting her organs, bladder and muscle damage, and nerve damage. She will be heading down to the Mayo Clinic for further tests.

Have a good weekend everybody.
Cheers!

Things are really starting to shape up over here at Loose Leaf. We just got the legal documents in the mail that make us a real business. Yes-sir you read that right, we're for real, legit, official; a bona-fide twenty-four carat business, that's now in business. Well, as soon as we start to print some shirts; which are now in the works. So stay tuned folks and fans, people of this world and maybe another because we're going to invade your internet in a New York minute; which we like to think is the interval between a Manhattan traffic light turning green, and the guy behind you honking his horn.

Cheers!

This weekend, we went down to Lucan Minnesota, which is the home of the delicious Brau Brothers Brewing Company, and our friend Dan, who was nice enough to let us stink up his apartment for the night. We did bring him some tasty saison in return, which always helps the cause.
The point of the trip was not to drink beer; although it was a close second. It was to pick up some equipment the Brau Brothers generously donated to us. It was definitely a successful trip, and we have some pictures to prove it. Check them out!

This is our very first blog post; obviously! And we're busy cooking up business models and other boring stuff that no one cares about. We're also designing stuff (awesome stuff), that lots of people care about (at least two of us). Feel free to email us any suggestions so we can laugh at you. Just kidding; well only kind of.

This is brain storming. At least we think it is.
